Return Process

  Contact our sleep specialist team within 90 days of delivery to discuss your comfort concerns and begin the return or exchange authorization.

  Sleep Trial Assessment

  We require a minimum 30-night trial period to allow your body to adjust to the new spinal alignment and support levels of your premium mattress.

• 3.
  Schedule Professional Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a professional white-glove removal service to collect the item from your home at a time that suits your schedule.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
